Business Intelligence & Analytics

Get your data ready for AI.

AI agents are only as good as the data behind them. We build the reports, dashboards and data warehouse your business runs on, and prepare that same data so AI tools give you the correct answer.

The problem

Sound familiar?

Most companies don't lack data. They have scattered data, manual reports and numbers nobody fully trusts.

  • Month-end close depends on someone building reports by hand in Excel.
  • Sales and finance show different numbers for the same period.
  • Information lives in the ERP, the CRM, the point of sale and dozens of spreadsheets.
  • Data arrives late, so decisions are made on gut feeling.
  • Nobody knows for sure which products, customers or locations earn the most margin.
  • Every new report is a project that takes weeks.

Reports & dashboards
Interactive views for leadership, sales, finance and operations, with filters, drill-down and role-based access from a computer or phone.
Data warehouse
All your sources (ERP, CRM, point of sale, spreadsheets) in one modeled, documented database that every report reads from.
Data integration (ETL)
Automated, scheduled processes that extract, clean and load your data. No more copy-paste between systems.
KPI definitions
Every metric with one agreed formula, one owner and one target, so sales and finance report the same number.
AI-ready data
Clean data plus a semantic layer that defines your business terms, so AI agents understand what "revenue" or "active customer" means and return correct, traceable answers.
Training & support
Your team learns to use and maintain the solution, and we stay available for new analyses and adjustments.

AI-ready data

Why AI agents give wrong answers

An AI assistant connected to messy data answers confidently and incorrectly. The problem is rarely the AI. It's the data underneath.

Without a data foundation

The AI guesses

  • Three tables called "sales", each with a different total.
  • "Revenue" means one thing in accounting and another in sales.
  • The same customer spelled five different ways across systems.
  • No way to check where a number came from.

The same foundation feeds your reports and dashboards, so your team and your AI tools always see the same numbers.

Deliverables

What you receive at the end of the project

All work is documented and owned by your company: the data, the model and the dashboards.

Methodology

Visible results within the first weeks

We don't disappear for months and come back with a finished system. We work in short iterations and you validate each step.

  1. Discovery

Interviews with key departments, a review of current reports and access to your data sources.

  2. First dashboard

We build a working first version for a priority area to validate the data and the design.

  3. Build-out

We extend the model, automate the loads and add departments in stages.

  4. Adoption & improvement

Training, adjustments based on real usage, and new analyses when the business needs them.

FAQ

Before we start

Do I need a data warehouse or special software?

No. We start with what you already have: your ERP, accounting system, point of sale or even Excel files. If the project justifies it, we'll recommend a more robust data structure.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both. Discovery and training sessions can be in person in the Miami area, and development is done remotely with secure access to your data.

What size of company is this service for?

Companies that already generate data in several systems and need to see it together: distributors, multi-location retailers, service firms and finance teams at mid-sized companies.

Who owns the dashboards and the data?

You do. The data, the model, the dashboards and the documentation belong to your company from day one.

Which AI tools can use the data?

Copilot in Power BI, ChatGPT, Claude or custom AI agents connected to your data warehouse. We prepare the data and the business definitions so any of them reads the same, correct numbers.

How do you handle confidentiality?

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before accessing any information, and we use read-only access whenever possible.
